Are you really closing? How Does this affect me?

Unfortunately, yes, we have made the difficult decision to close. This means you won’t be able to rely on us for savings once we close up shop, but in the meantime, it means you can grab some really great deals. Just hurry as all stock must go, and when it’s gone, it’s gone!

In terms of customer support, we’re not going to disappear as soon as we stop selling. We will always look after our customers in the way we would expect to be treated ourselves.

Is your stock new?

Yes, all of our stock is brand new and never been used. On rare occassion there may be some superficial wear on the packaging from storage, but we’d never send out a used or damaged product.

How are your prices so good?

We have a small dedicated team who work year round on nothing but sourcing the best deals for you with years of experience in doing exactly that.

Do you offer deals on bulk purchases?

Yes! We are closing so would love to work with anybody that wants to buy up stock in bulk. Get in touch and we can work out a deal.

Who do you ship with?

The vast majority of parcels are sent by Evri.

How much does shipping cost?

All UK parcels cost just £2.99 with free shipping on orders over £30. If you’re in a rush then our expedited option is available for £4.99 (Mainland UK only).

How long does shipping take?

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 2 working days and we use a 2-3 day service as standard, or for expedited shipping we use a ‘next day service’ although due to dispatch times this can still take 2 days. We will also prioritise your order for dispatch, but it could still take up to 2 working days in some cases. You will receive tracking updates.

Are my details safe?

Absolutely, your safety is important to us. Our website is SSL secured which encrypts all your data. Your most sensitive data is processed by one of our two payments processors, PayPal or Stripe, depending on the method chosen at checkout.

The product I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more?

Unfortunately not. We are closing so we will not be getting new stock anymore, but we do still have other great products available which must go!

Do you offer Vat invoices?

Yes, of course. All our prices are VAT inclusive and we’re happy to accomodate anything you need, just get in touch.

Can I return my order?

Yes, of course. As long as your item is in the same condition it was sent out in and within our 30 days returns period, you’re welcome to return it. We want you to be happy with your order. You can read our lenient returns policy here.

The fact that we are closing will not affect your rights in any way.
