Shipping:
How much does shipping cost?
UK shipping is £2.99, or free on all orders over just £30. If you’re in a rush, you can use our expedited service for £4.99 to Mainland UK Only.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get all order dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse in London and we use a 2-3 day tracked service as standard, or a ‘next day service’ with our expedited shipping option, although depending on dispatch times this can take 2 days – we will also prioritise your order for dispatch but sometimes this can still take up to 2 working days.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. We will email you to confirm that we have received your order. We will then send another update when your order has been processed, advising you to expect an email with tracking details shortly. You will then be able to track your parcel.
If you are subscribed to our email list, you will receive further communication to make sure everything is going to plan.
Free Shipping:
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £30. This will be applied automatically at checkout for all qualifying orders. You can use other promotions alongside this offer, but if the promotion brings your order below £30 then you will no longer qualify.
There is no difference between our standard paid and free shipping service.
If you’re in a rush, you can still pay to use our expedited shipping service.
In the event that you change your mind on an item and wish to return it for a refund, where this brings your order below the free shipping threshold we will have to deduct shipping from any refund. This is not the case if the item is faulty.
Which courier do you use?
UK orders are fulfilled by Evri in the vast majority of cases. When appropriate we may use Royal Mail services – more details at the bottom of this page.
Delays:
In busy period there may be some delays, either on our end or with the courier. We’re pleased to say however that the vast majority of parcels are dispatched either on time or ahead of schedule.
During short weeks, i.e. when there is a bank holiday, we will have less collections which may add an extra day or so onto dispatch times.
If you don’t receive your parcel within 7 days of dispatch then don’t panic but do let us know. We will want to look into this for you.
If you don’t receive your order you must let us know within 30 days of placing your order otherwise there is nothing we can do.
International shipping:
International orders are subject to their own rates and conditions and will not qualify for free shipping, including orders to the Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey.
Orders to British Forces addresses should be charged at the standard rate. If you are not, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Royal Mail:
When deemed appropriate, we may use Royal Mail services instead of Evri. As our system is set to automatically book in orders with Evri, our communications may not always be clear about this. If you are unsure, please feel free to ask what service your order is being sent with.
The vast majority of orders are sent with Evri by default. Examples of reasons we may use Royal Mail instead is if we’re running a shipping promotion or you live outside of mainland UK, etc.
If you’d prefer to have your order sent with Royal Mail, feel free to message us. We can’t guarantee we will be able to accomodate you but we will try. Where this is more expensive than our usual service, you may be required to pay the difference (only if you request this service).
Other:
Please note, Evri will never ask you for more money for delivery. If anyone claiming to be from Evri gets in touch asking for more money for any reason, please ignore it. If you’re concerned, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to confirm the status of your parcel.
